Once the intruder alarm 12 months installation warranty has expired, we offer maintenance packages which can include:
On site service and *12 months call out cover - including telephone support
Or annual service
When a convenient date for the service is arranged, we also provide you with a specific time.
*excludes accidental or deliberate damage, wireless batteries, bell box lights, back up battery, third party app’s, electrical faults, remote control or signalling devices, acts of god or works carried out by anyone other than Hi-Tech Alarms or a Hi-Tech Alarms representative.
